Southpaw Krav Maga takes the hand-to-hand combat system originally created for the Israeli military and adapts it for anyone regardless of experience, athleticism, or age.
Adult Classes
Our adult program takes place within Ronin Training Center in Grandview, Ohio. The classes feature techniques covering the entire Krav Maga curriculum including defenses against unarmed attacks, weapons, and ground survival. Each class aims to make you safer, provide a great workout, and build confidence and peace of mind that you’re prepared for whatever life may throw at you.
Youth & Young Adult Programs
Our youth programs take place within Elevate Basketball Academy in Dublin, Ohio. Classes are offered for ages 5-8 and 9-14. The classes take the proven techniques and principles of Krav Maga and adapt them for younger minds and bodies. Classes focus on dealing with both youth and adult aggressors while emphasizing the responsibility of self defense.
No More Nice Girls – Female Empowerment Program
Our No More Nice Girls female empowerment program teaches women the skills to defend themselves against ANY violence they may encounter. This program boosts confidence and increases self worth, allowing women to take control of their lives and protect it at any cost. Able to be customized to the individual needs of your group or yourself, and able to travel wherever needed, No More Nice Girls is the solution to change society’s expectation for women, and women’s expectations for themselves.
Private Group & Individual Sessions
Southpaw Krav Maga is able to provide specialized training to groups and individuals whether you are a student looking to accelerate learning or an organization looking to have employees bond while becoming safer and more confident.

As a member of the Krav Maga Alliance Executive Board and Training Team member, our Lead Instructor can work with you to enhance your teaching capabilities whether you are an instructor who never wants to stop learning, or preparing to succeed at your next instructor Phase certification.
